Well he seems to be well prepared. The one concern I had about Obama was uncertainty in his ability to get his feet on the ground day one. I've heard bad reviews of how Bill Clinton struggled to get his team up and running after his election. Jimmy Carter may have been one of the most intelligent and forward thinking presidents in my lifetime, but he received criticism for his administration skills and his presidency never made up for the problems with his staff selection. George Bush started slow and kept getting worse by making one horrible appointment after another. Fortunately, it appears that Obama is thinking ahead and putting together a well prepared transition team. He's answered many of my concerns.
