This weekend brings a chance for a quick getaway. Veronica and I will be spending the next 5 nights in the San Franciso Bay area. A trip to the bay area is not usually the most relaxing of trips (so much to do), but the thought of leaving the responsibilities of work behind for a few days has me smiling already.

• Afternoon in China Town (Veronica's favorite)


• 2 nights of seafood and nightlife at Fisherman's Warf

• Quick tour of Haight Ashbury (groovy man)


• More art galleries than you can shake a paint brush at


• Sightseeing in America's most interesting city


• A meal at a real California syle Vegitarian resturant (your welcome Veronica!)


• Eating more good food than I should and then planning my next diet on trip home
